Incomplete order.

I love KFC's food, but what I don't love is the poor service we get at our Onverwacht branch in Lephalale, this is not my first complaint on hellopeter about this specific KFC. First of all we get there, the gentleman takes our order at the intercom thingy but i don't see my order on the screen, which i thought is weird because usually your order goes up there. Secondly we get to the pay window and there is no one, the gentleman then comes in from the kitchen side, which is not a problem at all except for the fact that he then only puts our order on the computer. We ordered 2 boxmasters, DUNKED WINGS and 2 cuppacinos. We didn't get the dunked wings because the gentleman forgot to put it in the order since he was not at the computer and tried to remember everything instead of just confirming our order. Everytime we buy KFC something goes wrong, I understand everyone makes mistakes and we are all human but every time!!!! It's sad for me to say that i would rather support the competition in the future!
