Incomplete Order

There I was ordering a box it meal with a burger, 2drumsticks, fries and a coleslaw. After I placed my order, I got to the pay and collect window. After waiting 10 minutes at the window - reason being, the lady who helped me had to correct other orders, help look for another customer's slip that went missing and still had to pack my order in between. So i got home and opend my box it meal.... Gone was my burger!!!!! Really????? I am super upset with the service at KFC Vaal mall!! Made me wait 10 minutes and then left out my burger which i payed for!! Next time im checking before leaving any fast food franchise!!!!!
