Incomplete meal

I bought a meal from KFC century city at the Shell garage and I ordered a street wise one, a Sundae and one piece chicken. I was given a streetwise one with no roll an inconvenience to myself as when I call them and spoke to Sibulele the manager said I must try and fetch it or go get it when I can however i wanted the full meal when I bought it not for the next day. We brought the from Precious in the drive thru. Your services is appalling and disgusting, this is not the first time I have a problem with your service.
