Incomplete Meal

I reached kfc drive thru and was polite to the lady taking my order, presented my card and once it finished i asked for a receipt and she said i will get it at the next window. I had order streetwise 1 mash, streetwise 2 pap, boxmaster zinger. Upon collecting my parcel i double checked with them to ensure everything is as per my request, they affirmed in the positive. Upon reaching my home i find that the chicken pieces were different to what they told me, the gravy was not included, neither was the receipt. I have looked all over for their number and cannot find it. I am so disappointed in this service, this is now the 2nd time this has happened. I drive from centurion to midrand and don't get what i paid for. This is unacceptable. I am not sure if i can return to this brand after this happening more than once.
