<p>We ordered an a.m. Riser and chicken mayo toasts.</p> <p>The lady at the till - Thembisa - looked confused as if she didn't even know they sell a.m. Risers or what it is. Eventually she moved on after we gave her the order about 4 times. </p> <p> </p> <p>We got the food. I opened the chicken mayo toasts to find that it is only dry toasts - with about a teas**** of dry chicken s****s. The one toast wasn't even sliced through properly. </p> <p> </p> <p>I opened the wrap to find that it is a Classic wrap with an extra hashbrown (they also charged us for a Classic wrap which is R15 more). We showed the other lady (presumably the manager) and she took it, spoke to the kitchen staff. Then she made the toasts herself.</p> <p> </p> <p>We got our food back. The toasts were fine, but the wrap was exactly the same wrap - without egg. Once again we had to go back. An hour and a half later we got out of there with a bitter taste in our mouth. </p> <p> </p> <p>They won't see us again!!! </p>
