*********** staff= pathetic service

Today around 20:30 we went to KFC brackenhurst to buy food. We bought 3x streetwise one pap, 4 dunked wings, and streetwise 2 with chips. We waited for our order a little while 7 min or so. Eventually the lady gave us our order and we left without checking because of the time we spent while waiting. When we got home one pap was missing and this was not the first time something like this happens. The first time it was milkshake, second time gravy was missing now third time one pap is missing. *********** staff ever. We went back because they did not answer the phone. I asked the lady who was assisting at the front to check and tell us if the order is complete. She called the one who was packing by the name Sharon. I asked her to check if that order is fine as it is she said “But i put everything inside this order was right” meaning we are ****** we decided to drive at night in the rain to dispute an order that we received. Her pride did not allow her to apologise but to indirectly tell us that we are lying. I am so dissapointed after i tried so many times to raise the same issue of not packing the right order but still it continues. They are so *********** and Sharon is plain rude and disrespectful towards her customers.
