My wife and I were driving to Dbn from Jhb and stopped at Monterose to take a break. We decided to go to the KFC as we did not want to spend alot of time waiting for our food but this turned out to be the worst decision we have made. <br> <br> I waited in the line and finally got to the till where i explained to the lady serving me what i wanted. She did not understand english but i finally got my order done. She firstly ordered me a large coke zero which i did not ask for. After explaining to her and she not understanding a word i was saying i finally decided to take the large drink which ended up not being available in stock. I ordered a twister as well as a burger and then came to find out that there was no lettuce in stock. How do you people expect your customers to eat food like that?<br> <br> When i finally took my food to the table to eat, my wife and I were disgusted with the food we received. The twister and rounder were so dry, the chips were brown and almost burned, the extra piece of chicken i ordered could have been called biltong. This is the sort of service i have seen with KFC in recent years and i hope for the sake of people in RSA you close down country wide. Disgraceful!!!
