This is by far the worst experience I have received. So we received a lunch voucher with a voucher code. I went to Pavilion kfc they said the new system don't use codes, I drive all the way to pinetown kfc across from Noel's spar and 3 of them on the system battling to figure out how to use it and then the manager Pamela still had the nerve to tell me the system is saying I must go to old fort road. Even when I told her when I'm coming from she insisted that's what the system is saying. How is is that kfc runs a new system without teaching staff on how to use the damn system such *********** staff. I am definitely going to advise my company for the next time never to use this restaurant for our vouchers.
