<p>Last night we drove to this particular KFC in Malibongwe drive,Ferndale and we ordered the 2 Famous bowls, 2 sundaes,1 streetwise 2. The lady took down our order and even confirmed the order back to us. to make sure it is correct.T o our surprise, when we got to the paying point ,one of the famous bowl was not included in the order,of which we would have gotten the promotion price for. We were informed by this Mosima individual that 'there's nothing she can do.how pathetic was that,where is the supervisor?Nonetheless, we turned around to the drive through,be in the queue to order another Bowl,when we got to the till again ,the same lady lady ask again 'you are back again''.It was the worst service ever' How does KFC keep such *********** staff who have no customer experience. No TCF,absolutely terrible service rendered.</p>
