Yesterday 22 November 2017, I ordered a Zinger tower meal and stated that I want the zinger sauce. Cold drink must be sprite with no ice.

I got a plain tower with the white sauce and the plain fillet. No chips. When I asked where the chips is I was told that I asked for a burger and cold drink so what is the meaning of the word meal. I am very dissapointed. They does not have disposable gloves when preparing the food.
