Pathetic service from the new KFC in Lyndhurst on Johannesburg road. I ordered colonel burger for my child and streetwise five. After waiting for 15 minutes the cashier told me they don't have colonel burger and they will give me zinger burger and that they can't refund me, I told them the burger was for my child whom was present with me and that she does not wat spicy nor chillie food. the lady told me to wait for 5 more minutes as they were still preparing colonel burger and was only given the food 15 more minutes later..it was around 9h40 in the evening and when they gave me the food I assumed the order will be as I asked only to get home and guess what they gave me zinger burger which I specifically told them I don't want . They clearly forced me to take an order which I didn't request and inconvenienced me unnecessarily..why wont they know what they hv before taking customers money
