*********** and bad customer service KFC

Order no . Ncebakazi ***2 CAS-*** KFC on 17th quarter has has treated me like trash. I ordered online on their website. I was ordering for my kid and granny, after 30minutes the website said COMPLETED, I had assumed that it was delivered I even rated them 5stars. Little did I know that my kid would go to bed hungry that night because of some incompetence from the drivers and the kfc staff as a whole. I made several calls to kfc I spoke to Patrick. Who was as useless as they come. Long story short grandma and my baby slept on empty stomach. I was then transferred to a ****** that was supposed to be from kfc customer care. He told me without fear no favor that it was my fault and that I was not going to get my food that evening. I’d have to wait for 7 days. Now to top it off, they have refunded me only 10% of my money. I have been calling them , my airtime, my energy and goodness me I am tired of being on hold. KFC 17th quarter is a ****.
