I ordered just after 7pm from the app, received confirmation that they busy with the order. An hour and a few minutes later I called the customer line, deliveries, they called the phillip nel Park branch and was told its on its way, will be delivered in the next 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes later still nothing. I called the call center again, got cut off 3 times, eventually I spoke to Lawrence and told him to cancel that order and I want my money refunded. He said it would be done, refund in 2 days. If I do not get my refund in 2 day, I'm taking it further. Not the 1st time this has happened from the phillip nel branch, really bad bad service
