I bought chicken as normal they did not have the original chicken the cashier then offered a Masala chicken of which they just said spicy chicken, I then took the offer because I am fami**** with the taste of spicy chicken. When my order came the chicken tasted very bad. I then wrote a review to KFC center they gave me a voucher which was invalid. My frustration is why would you give an invalid voucher if this was a complaint from the beginning. That shows incompetency at the person who sent me an invalid voucher. I had to waste my petrol and drive to the store only to be told the voucher is invalid.
