INCOMPETENCY

I went to KFC Westville center this morning to buy streetwise 2 for lunch, only to find that the store is closed, i asked a lady by the name of Zinhle who is employed there, she said that the store is closed because the manager is not in yet but she can help me and she did, when i gave her the R100 note, she said they cannot give me because they dont have change.
