Incompetence, neglect, lack of professionalism

Good evening,

I have just been to the Nina Park Store, I have been waiting more than 1 hour for a five piece order and have been kept on hold since then. I keep on been told that they are waiting for additional meat to be cooked yet cars keep on leaving after my order and no one decided to tell me anything or even give me a proper update. It is not the first time I complain about the store, please check the history, they have yet again disappointed me.

I placed my first order at 21:10, to only receive it at 21:15 also after complaining that I have been waiting forever. An hour later to be exact.

To give you some background information as I am aware that the store will try to hide their incompetence behind this background, my husband first placed an order at 21:10, told to wait 20 min for his order to be ready. I then went in to collect an order and also placed another order of 2 streetwise 2 meals at 21:39 of which I was told to wait another 20 min and also pending orders of the rest of the people on the floor. At collecting my first order of 21:10 and also placing a new order, I was told my order is not ready since there was only 3 pieces left. I was surprised at this statement since it did not make sense but I remained patient and gave them a benefit of the doubt but an hour later not even a single of my both orders was ready.

I therefore wish to lodge a formal complaint against Nina Park KFC for their incompetence, non-professionalism, lack of good customer service and neglect.

I hope to hear from you soon. My first complaint was better but this one is just completely out of order and I am utterly disappointed.
