Incompetence and bad food
It took the cashier an unacceptable amount of time to take a simple order of a box master meal. She further had to call another employee to show her how to put in the order. Her conduct was extremely unprofessional. Further the meat in the boxmaster was hard and tasteless as if it had been laying out for a long time. It was absolutely disappointing. KFC is known for great food and this was disastrous. Very upset.
