Incompetence and arrogance

Last night at 17:45 I called in to order two Crunch Burgers. Thembakazi took down my details, failing to inform me of the delivery charge. Their driver phoned me at 17:51 to confirm my address. Upon arrival, I went out to meet him with what I thought was the right amount. I felt like a complete idiot when he told me that the money is not enough. I then went back in to get the R24,90 required. Today I visited the store to air my dismay at her incompetence and even the supervisor was unaccommodating. She subsequently refused to write her name on the back of my slip, saying she doesn't have to share her details with me. If that is the attitude of a senior employee, it is no wonder that both my order and my delivery details got taken down incorrectly. KFC just lost a regular walk-in customer over the total lack of work ethic of two employees. And to tell me that Thembakazi didn't know it was my first order for delivery and that she is also new, is no excuse. That proves her level of training is inadequate and her anonymous supervisor is to blame.
