Incompeten KFC Fleurdal should improve or stop operating

I am appalled and disgustes by KFC Fleurdal in Currie Avenue in Bloemfontein. I waited for more than 10 minutes before being helped because there was a problem with one of the speedpoints. Against my better judgment, my family recommendes we come to this place. I stopped buying at KFC Fleurdal because of their ********** service. It's a pity I cannot tell how frustratesld am I with this place, lest it affects my hard-earned reputation.
