incompetant staff

Myself and my wife wanted to try KFC new breakfast menu today. we went through the drive thru at about 07h15 am this morning. We were first in line and we placed our order. My wife ordered the breakfast wrap with a cappuccino and myself a toasted sandwich with egg and cheese only, I asked the lady please not to add the tomato... only cheese and egg. The lady at the window took forever to work out how to operate the computer and still manage to get the order wrong. When we received the order, about 15 minutes later we discovered the following. My wife received the normal wrap(not breakfast wrap), the cappuccino was only filled half way, and there were no sugar inside the bag. My toasted sandwich was not toasted, soggy and guess what? Besides the cheese and egg that I asked for only, there was mayonnaise on, imagine egg, cheese and mayonnaise... not lekka. We could not go back, because we were hold up for 15min(and that is thru the drive thru) and I was late for work. I think KFC needs to stick to what they know and that is definitely not breakfast. My worst experience ever, will not see me again.
