Incapable of solving customer issues!!!

The KFC customer service is so useless, infact it is just a waste of time. I don't even understand why they have social media pages if they are unable to help you as soon as you contact them. Or is it only for advertising? Their app is also the same when it comes to solving customer issues. And so is their customer telephone number. This restaurant is now the first worst restaurant on my list.
