Inadequate service

Disappointed is me being very kind at the service 😞 I received today from the KFC in Mulbarton: Firstly if I opt for a drive through it means I do not have time to sit and wait 😭 but no to my surprise we waited, no explanation for the delay to only being given a wrong order, burger buns in place of mini loafs the lady that gives us this order says "Did lo Sisi tell you we giving you buns"?
