Inaccuracy

This is not the first time they are getting our order wrong and/or food that is short.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today, once again we placed an order. When my colleague came back to the office with the order, one Sweet Chilli twister was short. I contacted the store and spoke to Belinda (I initially placed our order with her), and she said sorry and that I can send someone to collect. I was shocked and told her that this is not customer service as they are not doing anything to accommodate me, plus I have no one to drive to the KFC again. She said I then need to collect it another day?! Okay…so I am supposed to tell one of my colleagues that they are not getting lunch and should stay hungry? I then had to sacrifice my food.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is NOT customer service!</p> <p> </p> <p>We will not order from KFC anymore – and I will make sure to tell everyone how pathetic the service is.</p>
