Only when we make an order we as customers are told no! Hospitality industry does not operate on No, unless a customer is requesting the impossible! You might as well take the R2 that you demand on your staff, since you make them work overtime if they don’t reach “your target” and fix the machines or rather remove items like very berry and other blended items on your menu.
