Excellent Customer Service And after service From a Bafana. My family and I were actually going to cancel all ties with KFC my children love the food I don't wanna lie, and people like bafana are a few of a kind who still live the value of impeccable customer service, appreciating and serving with love and understanding. I bought meals for four and two of the meals were for a lack of better words just thrown in the boxes not well cooked and wings dry. I gave KFC a call and they said Someone will call back Bafana called and made arrangements for a reimbur*****t. He assured me all will be dealt with accordingly. I sent my daughter to the store as I was out of the province on business. she told me the man was friendly and treated her with smiles all the way. she was more happy with the fresh meals she got. I just wan say kudos to Bafana we now look forward to continue a tradition of weekend meals by KFC with bafana
