Immproper explaination

I came in the store to purchase a meal and this pethatic lady who assist me was so not welcoming and had the most stickiest attitude a human being can have she had handed the speedpoint we she uses And did not inform that its not working properly so I had to pay cash but her speedpoint deducted funds off my account I don't got served by her cause her service was pathetic for KFC I am so dissapointed I lost my appetite... I hate this kfc in jabulani I wish the was another better that one.....
