I'm so annoyed at KFC Rondebosch!! Whenever you want to buy ice cream

I'm so annoyed at KFC Rondebosch!! Whenever you want to buy ice cream. Their machines are never working and this while its summer. It appears as though the staff is either not reporting the issue or they just lazy as usual. In fact they have this smurk on their faces when they turn you away. So utterly annoying. KFC fix your ice cream machines, you make huge profits and I donate a R2 sometimes more with every single purchase.
