I'm shocked

So I went to KFC at Jabulani Mall around 18:00 so when I was about to order my meal I greet the cashier who was supposed to greet me first but as a person who's respects everyone.I greeted the cashier who had a name tag written Maleka.So I ordered 2x streetwise 2 meal,one regular drink , 1 regularmash and gravy while she tapping the order she didn't pay attention to what I was ordering.I had to repeat myself as she walked away with an attitude.I explained to her I want only one drink as the person I bought food for doesn't drink anybgizzy drink she said but it's come with a drink I said no it's doesn't hence I asked for a regular drink.When I was about to eat I realised no ketchup was there and no servites I went back to the queue after she took an order from other customers they waited on the side and I went and again I greeted her and said can I please have ketchup and serviets she walked away.Then prepared the meal giving the the lady and a gentleman ketchup and told them she doesn't have serviets.So I told you didn't put any ketchup and serviets can I have please have one she said go down I'm coming.Really now.I lost it and Oooh how when I checked my till slip 4 Lebogang name tag it was written Maleka.I lost it telling her how bad her attitude is and Oooh wow is a customer not right.She came flying out from the staff door like she was about to beat me up.The managers where there and I told them what happened..Something needs to be done as someone who serves people you don't do that.We all have our jobs but we hang on so we can make ends meet.I've disappointed Order number 834
