I'm really disappointed in Orkney KFC when it comes to offering other services

I'm really disappointed in Orkney KFC when it comes to offering other services. On 28th Jan at 17:20 I asked to use a bathroom en was told they were out of service. But few minutes later they offered 2 black ladies to use a bathroom although they said it was out of service. The worst is that the other lady didn't even buy anything she just came in en went to the bathroom. I really hate being treated like that.
