I'm appalled at the service I received from KFC, I made an order using the app

I'm appalled at the service I received from KFC, I made an order using the app. The order came in with some items missing. I called the KFC support and they said they'll get back to me and guess what, still nothing from the honestly at this point KFC, I'm done with it. If people want to donate their money then go to KFC but if you want proper chicken then go to Nando's, Chicken Licken, Hungry Lion or even Popeyes. DO NOT GO OR ORDER FROM KFC IF YOU WANT PROPER FOOD AND SERVICE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
