ILLINFORMED CASHIERS

Please educate or train the cashiers at Marcel walk shopping center, i always have a problem when i ordered online via whatsaap line. The cashiers do not that once ordered online i just pay and get the order same time. The cashiers there seem to be clueless about this purchase option, everytime i have to ask the manager to intervene because they do not know how the system works. Please make sure that all those cashiers know this system, i cant be complaining everytime i go there, they must know their job.
