Ill-mannered employee by the name Nosipho

On thursday the 14th December 2017, i went to KFC Shongweni at sasol garage to buy ice cream cone. I was serviced by Nosipho who has no manners, very rude to be servicing 'people, who doesn't have an idea about customer service. I was using their drive thru, when i collect she just gave me without a serviette. I asked if i am not getting any serviette she turned around and said "EXCUSE ME"with a very bad attitude. I said may i please have a serviette? she responded"AWUZWAKE!" I asked if i am not supposed to get one when i buy ice cream she said ÓNLY IF YOU ASK FOR ONE I WILL GIVE YOU"I said that's new because i always get one without asking because if i don't get one what am i gonna use to wipe my mouth? she said "NO THIS HAS GOT A BOX I DON'T GIVE ANY''I responded that's new to me and again your service is pathetic. she said "MXM YESES SIES'' continued with what she was doing and i drove off. She is ill-mannered, has got no respect for herself and the customers. she must be removed from servicing customers because she is very very rude.
