IGNORING CONCERNS OF CLIENTS

I hqve lodged a complaint on the 27 June already and to date not the manager of the Belhar store called nor the area manager and head office also does not regard the nature of my complaint a priority because they doing nothing from there sideto take these people to task.Clearly they do not give a damn about there name.Really pathetic!!!! Every week I have to call a few times just to be promised that the relevant people would return my call but then nothing happens.People should really not support this franchise.
