Ignorance of staff

I previously visited KFC Kraaifontein and was given the wrong order twice...I only came to notice the order was wrong when I was at home..It resulted in going back from my house to KFC twice to get what I ordered and paid for. I visited KFC Strand beach road on 5Nov 2017 around 21:00. The doors were close and the staff were inside chatting. As there were no business hours visible I thought the doors were close due to weather conditions. I knocked on the door where the supervisor and another staff member looked at me and continued their chat without attending or informing me whether the shop was open or close. I then turned around..after being ignored. After walking to my car I noticed another customer knocking on the KFC door...the same staff member then came to open the door for that customer and serving her. I went back to KFC requesting to speak to the manager...after explaining myself to the manager who showed no interest...the staff member said they don't have soft serve..and that's the reason for not opening the door for me in the first place. She never showed any interests when I knocked the first time...so I don't know I she came to the conclusion that I wanted soft serve. This incident just confirmed that staff has no interest in their customers nor the businesses image. KFC will never see me or anyone that I know in future...a pleasent evening with family and friends were ruined by the ignorance of KFC Strand staff.
