ice or no ice

hi all on purchasing a meal at kfc in zevenwacht mall kuilsriver i was asked by the cashier what cooldrink i wanted i rep**** coke no ice on gettin my meal the cooldrink is half a glass on enquiring y it is like that i was told it was because i said no ice nd when i said then add the ice i was told that there is no ice in the machine so basically my complaint is that am i payin for a meal with cooldrink nd where does it say that if u say no ice u gnna get half a glass really dissapointed in their explanation that they gave me
