Ice cream with an attitude

<p>KFC has one of the best ice creams around and I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately the service I received at KFC westgate was really bad. First of all the queue's were very long which I didn't mind considering that today is a public holiday and most people are at the mall but why didn't you put in more staff to be able to deal with the high volume's? </p> <p>Secondly by the time we got in front we were greeted by attitude from a lady by the name of Segametse. Seeing that we were only there for your delicious Sundays we were not expecting her to send us to the queue were the masses had ordered the chicken and burgers. We were not prepared to wait another 20 mins just for an ice cream which only takes 2 mins to prepare.i</p> <p> Instead our lovely Ms Sega metre was more than prepared to refund us than to serve us the ice cream. I'm really disappointed by how she handled the matter and to rub salt into the wounds she called another customer while she was still busy with our refund. Really Segametse?!?!?!</p> <p>I know I wasn't buying the most expensive meal but really?!?!?!</p>
