Ice cream machine not working

KFC in Lebowakgomo usually cannot serve ice cream or milkshake or krushers for the past 2 years. I have been reporting this to the manager (Ivan), and his excuse is that head office KFC refuses to buy a new machine. He says that head office insists on fixing a machine and the technician stays about 100km from the franchise.
