Ice Cream Machine and Card Machine Always Broken

Multiple times at KFC Lichtenburg you get there and wait in the drive thru and finally when you get to the window to order they either say the card machine is broken or the Ice Cream machine... This happens regularly and now I think it is time KFC Head Office have a talk with the Franchisee.<br> <br> When you tell the person at the order window why they did not put up a sign BEFORE you go into the drive thru so that you don't waste your time sitting there then you get looked at as if you are asking for too much. We are from a small community and usually don't complain but enough is enough... When you go to KFC Lichtenburg you expect something to be broken, hows that for a company image? And the best is when they are out of stock, like the other day they had no tortillas to make wraps. Please get you ducks in a row... The shop was upgraded not long ago and we thought now everything will be new and in a working condition. Well, we were wrong...
