Ice cream gone off

Visited the KFC in Verulam around 12:30 pm. Firstly waited in the queue for some time and finally when I placed my order and drove to the window to collect, I received my ice cream and whiles waiting for the rest tasted the ice cream together with otter occupants in my car. What a nightmare the ice was off and this was been served to other customers as well. Surely someone should have picked this up. The manager Sbongiliswe did not even apologies and I had to wait another 10 minutes for a refund of which he send with a staff. Service is shocking.
