Ice cold, dry, unedable food from KFC Davenport Center.

I just ordered the KFC Wicked Zinger Box Meal from KFC at Davenport Center, Durban. When I got home (a 3 minute drive) the food was ice cold and dry. The chips were so stale, as if they were 3 days old. I could'nt eat the food as it was so disgusting and cold and tasted a few days old. This is not the first time I've had poorly prepared food from this store. What a waste of R80. Your store is disgusting and you need to do something about it. I also expect someone to contact me to sort this out
