Ice cold Doritos burger hard chicken inside

The Doritos burger is freezing cold. like ice....<br> now how is this possible if it comes directly from a burner? I will tell you how its old, and was put into a fridge to be resold!! Now asking them to exchange it after i realized its cold the chicken is hard they asked me to give it back? why so that it can be resold again. nope i threw that on the grass!!! now the manager screams at me from the kitchen forcing 2 customers to leave the branch! well done like you guys have such a great name? should actually change the streetwise feast to the pavement special!! not wanting to give me the owners no. or the area managers no. i contacted head office to lodge a formal complaint!! i get told i will be contacted within 24 hours and also get a text immediately.. still waiting. Our family would never kfc again
