I will never come back or recommend someone to KFC birch acres mall

I'm not happy at all. I went to KFC in birch acres mall on the drive tr.. the lady's are slow . When ordering and when making payment is the same thing. My order was for street wise 2 pap and a buddy Coke, but I was given all this without the buddy and I was driving to hospital when I get to hospital just to find that there's no drink but I paid for it. I was buying this for my sister in hospital I'm looking like a stupid guy. I don't think I can recommend people here or buy again 😕.
