I went to Randfontein KFCto bought food, i pay R71.90 with Capitec card Savings account, the lady who was assisting me said I didn't pay while the speed point approved, and it says remove the card, the lady leave the counter while still busy with the speed point when she's came back said i didn't pay, i show her the message thst the money is deducted but still she refused, i had to to pay again with fnb card, Please help me
