I wasted my money and **********

I am completely appalled and disgruntled by the service I recieved today at kfc commercial in pmburg, firstly the lady servig me seemed to have issues of her own and decided not to leave them outside the business premises but decided to bring them inside , I had to to greet her and actually intiate proper conversation as a customer I did this with a huge smile on my face thinking that she would automatically catch exactly what I was hinting to her but she couldnt careless, so I went on with ordering my meal which was a streetwise two meal and specifically told her that I would like a thigh and drumstick ok will get back to that part , so when im finished paying and she gives me my meal to go and devour she tell me very casually that there arent any serviettes im automatically perplexed now as to whats gng to happen because this meal is super greasy she then tells me that I will find tissue wherever im going to wash my hands , in my mind I dont know what she means by that but I think she means that there is a basin with paper towel on the dinningfloor so as I walk to find a place im scanning for that basin and paper towel which I do not spot , so I sitdown and open my meal , when I open my meal I findinside piece of meat I didnt ask for, chicken breast and the other piece looked like a chicken back, k at this moment my appetite just shut down completely but had to eat that dry disgusting chicken I had been served. So now the issue starts I want to do abt of work and have to wipe my hands I see the toilet sign and istantly realise that when she said where ever am going to wash my hands she meant the toilet and I was to use toilet paper at that, the idea of water my oily hands and tissue creates a revolting image in my head but I again decide to just go to the bathroom , in the bathroom after washing my hands no soap used cz there isnt any I turn to look for tissue but there wasnt any omg could it get any worse then it already was, so I walk out to tell two guys who seemed as managers because the one guy was wearing a black shirt and the other a white stripped shirt whos were having a very enthralling conversation with two patrons laughing and talking at the top of thier voices, so I stand just a few metres away from them and start requesting for attention , I called out to them for quite sometime till I eventually got a gaze from the one guy who seemed annoyed by me and I told him my situation regarding tissue ofcos cause I had accepted that im going to use that , the response I got was just an ok from him then he carried on with what was important to him at that time which was just to laugh and continue with that cnversation no apology whatsoever so I just decided to g back to my seat after standing foolishly not knowing what was being done, I then sat for about 7min and realised ijust had to sort myself out after spending more then R50 I am to use my own person and clothing as a napkin so did other patrons who also were infuriated by this, so I walked past them but they couldnt be bothered to even ask me what I had used. I was so furious so were other patrons that I walked down the stairs with it was appAling I was full of regret and felt that I just wasted my money really my day just got ruined if that is what we pay for at kfc then im never calling to thier businesses cause I guess customer care is not a priority.
