I was warned about KFC duishing up any junk hoping you wont notice

On 12th February at 14.45 I stopped at Montrose and felt like a KFC but another bad experience has now told me keep away from KFC they are a bunch of cheats, having had a problem at Meyerton and now Montrose its always the same problem. I went and ordered a streetwise 3 which the board says is with chips, but instead I got 2 pieces of chicken and some very dried out pap, not what I ordered, took it back and they exchanged it but I double checked it and yes it was still 2 pieces of chicken and not 3 pieces for which I had paid for, the staff are agro and surly and really could not care made me wait nearly 10 minutes to give me what I paid for. Interesting it seems KFC never responds to complaints This is not on and you have lost another customer and I heard about why I had a problem in Meyerton as well, no proper supervision, just dish out any **** and it will be accepted. I am not accepting this and I want to know what KFC are going to do about this after all you wasted my valuable time as I was driving up to Johannesburg.
