I was ****** at KFC port st johns

I made an order online at KFC Port st johns an all in one feast with a 1.5litter coke no sugar then went to the store/restaurant to pick it up,the mistake i made was not checking my order before i left the store when i got home to my surprise they had given me a 500ml stoney ****** beer no sugar without informing me and making me aware of the change nd deducting the difference between the two products, i lodged a complain email the complain channel was poor i used fb channel and finally the complaint was attended they call me and later the manager called me i went to the store to resolve the matter nd to date the matter hasn't been resolved due to trickery by the store manager protecting the culprit who ****** me.
