I was at KFC in EersteRiver yesterday on 04 February I got very bad service

I was at KFC in EersteRiver yesterday on 04 February I got very bad service. On 2 occasions on one day I got the worst service the morning g I ordered a wrapsta box and waited almost 45 minutes as she shop was not that busy and the staff were all busy having random chats with each other. The evening I went there again for a Krusher as I ordered 2 Krusher for my husband and I and once again got bad service when I paid at the till the lady did not mention anything about the store being out of slushy for the Krusher when I asked about I was told the manager will explain. We waited for the manager but no one came and she refunded my money. The staff is unreliable all of them are doing their own thing. Bad service honestly.
