I want my refund

This is honestly so disappointing from such a massive company like KFC, I placed an order online on the 11 July money was deducted from my account but no delivery. Have been calling their customer care everyday I’ve spoken to Tumi, Karabo, Kgomotso and a whole lot of them all giving me a run around I want my money back please
