I want my refund back or a meal I paid for months ago

Hi, I once ordered a meal for our family, but the order got cancelled at the last minute. I made a purchase via your website. Fine i accepted that disappointment. But to this day I haven't received my refund, I did call and they promised after 10 to 14days. I'm sure there's a record cz my phone records calls too, I have an app for that. The lady reassured me, but I haven't received any monies. I can't even make an order ever since. So I guess this way, I'll have your attention, I just want my refund back or the meal I paid for, months ago!!!
