I want my refund!

I bought a family meal at Kfc Meredale online. I was then informed that my order has been cancelled due to them not finding a driver. A follow up Sms said that they will refund my money in 7-14 working days. Since the 28th of May till now no refund has been made. I contacted the call center twice and they told me that i was refunded and my bank is probably the one with an issue. They promised to send me a case number and proof of payment so that i can forward it to my bank before COB its been two days .. No call, no email , no Sms and i keep waisting my airtime calling your call center. I want my money back!
